What You'll Do as a Verizon Enrollment Team Member
- Introduce customers to Verizon Fios internet, home connectivity solutions, and current promotions.
- Guide customers through internet service enrollments, activations, account setup, and basic account maintenance.
- Recommend personalized internet and connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs while answering product-related questions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Verizon's high-speed fiber internet and available service options.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while building lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required enrollment documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing product training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
