New York Health Care, Inc. a licensed home care agency with over 40 years of operation is seeking a full time Payroll Administrator for immediate hire.
Excellent opportunity in our corporate office located in Valley Stream, NY.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in English/Haitian Creole
- Strong software proficiency with the ability to learn new programs
- Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and prioritize in a demanding office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system
- Detail oriented with strong math skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HHA exchange software
- Previous home health care experience
- College degree
Responsibilities to include:
- Payroll duties including data entry, confirmation, processing and editing
- Input payroll data for field employees
- Coordinate with branch personnel to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for field employees
- Customer service/resolution for field employees regarding payroll issues
