Northgate Small Animal Hospital is looking for a skilled Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Technician with 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine to join our AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified hospital in Collinsville, IL. What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine (required)
- Strong technical skillset and ability to be fully utilized

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and support during examinations and treatments.
- Assist veterinarians with procedures, including animal catheterization and restraint.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding care instructions and treatment plans.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including kennel management.
- Stay updated on veterinary terminology and animal physiology to enhance care quality.
