Mobile Patrol Supervisor | $21–$24/hr. | Yuba City, CA
At Precision Private Security, mobile patrol isn’t just a post, it’s the pulse of our company. We are looking for a seasoned, armed patrol supervisor to lead from the field, enforce standards, and deliver results in real time.
As a Mobile Patrol Supervisor, you’ll guide a team of patrol officers while actively participating in field operations, site inspections, incident response, and real-time decision-making. You’ll be the link between dispatch, clients, and leadership—modeling what accountability, professionalism, and presence look like on patrol.

A command presence in one of the most elite patrol programs in the region

Supervise, coach, and support officers across commercial, government, and residential patrol sites

Operate advanced patrol vehicles equipped with GPS routing and real time video feeds.

Lead a shift that offers autonomy, variety, and visibility

Leading and supervising a mobile patrol shift with professionalism and attention to detail

Conducting site checks, officer accountability inspections, and vehicle/equipment audits

Responding to alarms, incidents, and service calls as the shift lead

Providing realtime coaching, field training, and disciplinary support as needed

Liaising with clients, dispatchers, and company management

Maintaining standards of uniform, vehicle presentation, and reporting across the team
Must be 25 years of age or older
Must be ARMED with a valid California Firearms Permit
Must hold a Chemical Agent (OC) Certificate
Baton or Energy Weapon Permit
Valid California Guard Card in good standing
Clean California Driver’s License & insurable under company policy
Strong written communication and professional reporting skills
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple stops, and supervise others in the field
Must pass a background check, and drug screening

Prior field leadership experience or FTO background

Experience with THERMS, Silvertrac, or similar digital patrol/reporting systems

Bilingual (especially English/Spanish)

Prior experience in armed patrol or highvisibility roles

Tactical mindset and calm under pressure

- Complete 8-hour BSIS-certified training course:
- Power to Arrest (3–4 hours, can be online)
- Appropriate Use of Force (5 hours, must be in-person)
- Apply via BSIS BreEZe online system
- Submit Live Scan fingerprint background check (DOJ & FBI)
- Pay BSIS application fee (~$50–$60)
- Complete additional 32 hours of BSIS-mandated training:
- 16 hours within first 30 days:
- Public Relations (Community & Customer) – 4 hrs
- Observation & Documentation – 4 hrs
- Communication and Its Significance – 4 hrs
- Liability / Legal Aspects – 4 hrs
- 16 hours within 6 months:
- Officer Safety (2 hr)
- Evacuation Procedures (1 hr)
- Workplace Violence (1 hr)
- Arrest, Search & Seizure (4 hr)
- Handling Difficult People (4 hr)
- Post Orders & Assignments (2 hr)
- Complete 8-hour refresher course annually
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Cannot begin work until Guard Card is approved OR you have BSIS approval screen-print with photo ID
