In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, organized environment while assisting with food preparation and meal assembly. Duties
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for menu items.
- Support the culinary team in meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain organized storage of dishes, utensils, and food supplies to promote an efficient kitchen workflow.
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Help with kitchen cleanup, including sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Support catering events or special meal preparations as needed to meet service demands.
Requirements
