The Cottages at Garden Grove is looking for motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join a great team in our person centered home environment. The Cottages at Garden Grove is set on a lovely campus in Cicero, NY and is made up of 12 small-home residences. This model of small-homes sets a new standard for skilled nursing and short-term rehab in CNY. These homes come complete with a sense of neighborhood and welcoming atmosphere that will make everyone who resides and works here feel at home.
We are currently accepting applications for Per Diem.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing and a current licensure with the New York State Board of Nursing
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in long term care or short term rehabilitation preferred
