Job Summary
Mature, responsible, professional and friendly person for a Full Time Maintenance position at a self-storage and RV facility in the Litchfield Park area. Candidate must be reliable, flexible, have reliable transportation and be able to work Monday through Friday and possible Saturday as the schedule dictates.
Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work, and other maintenance activities as directed. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and have a strong personal integrity, must pass background check, drug test and no criminal record.
We offer hands-on training for the Self Storage/ RV software and all other duties. Experience helpful but not required.
Hours: 40hours per week
Pay: Starts at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience

Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Helpful but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with staff and residents.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
