Transportation & Warehousing Manager | Manufacturing| Davis Wire Corporation

Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000
The Role
Join Davis Wire Irwindale, an industry leader within the Heico US Wire Group and help drive logistics excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee transportation, warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives at our facility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead transportation, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Optimize freight, inventory, and delivery performance
- Drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance and workplace safety
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams
- Track KPIs including freight, inventory, and OTIF performance
What We’re Looking For
· 5–7+ years of transportation, warehousing, or logistics management experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
· Manufacturing and/or industrial experience
· ERP systems and/or Microsoft D365/MS Suite experience
· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
· Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
