Highpoint Signs & Apparel is growing and looking for an experienced vinyl graphics installer to take on a key role within our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle projects with minimal oversight, and is ready to be relied on for consistent, high quality results.
This role is primarily based in our shop, supporting our electrical and production departments with vinyl preparation, application, and finishing. At times, you will also handle field installations including wall wraps, vehicle wraps, and on-site signage. You will be trusted to represent the company professionally and ensure all work meets our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, weed, mask, and apply vinyl to a variety of substrates
- Install vinyl graphics on vehicles, walls, windows, and signage
- Support the electrical department with production and finishing work
- Assist with or lead vehicle wraps and large format wall wrap installations
- Conduct site visits and perform installations at customer locations as needed
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers when in the field
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vinyl installation, including vehicle wraps and wall graphics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working in a production environment and in the field when needed
- Ability to read measurements and use basic tools accurately
- Professional communication and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to travel in state for installations when required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions when needed
- Ability to pass a drug test

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
