Stoney Creek Mushrooms is a James Beard Award-winning gourmet mushroom farm serving some of the finest restaurants throughout Michigan, Northern Ohio. We specialize in cultivating premium specialty and gourmet mushrooms, fresh herbs and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience from harvest to plate.

What You’ll Do
As our Chef Relations & Account Manager, you’ll become the face of Stoney Creek Mushrooms throughout your territory.
You’ll visit restaurants, strengthen existing relationships, introduce new chefs to our products, identify growth opportunities, and ensure every customer receives the level of service that has become synonymous with our name.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building long-term relationships with chefs, restaurants, distributors, and foodservice partners.
- Visiting existing customers regularly to provide outstanding support and service.
- Prospecting and developing new restaurant accounts throughout your territory.
- Introducing seasonal offerings and specialty mushroom varieties.
- Helping chefs discover new menu opportunities and creative applications.
- Working closely with our production and operations teams to ensure customer success.
- Resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
- Maintaining detailed customer notes and sales activity.
- Representing Stoney Creek Mushrooms with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at every interaction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or account management experience.
- Restaurant, hospitality, culinary, or foodservice experience.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable traveling throughout Michigan.
