Local property management company serving the greater Grand Rapids area looking for an energetic leasing agent to join our team.
Job responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
-Exceptional customer service (phones, emails, walk-ins)
-Showing potential residents homes/apartments throughout the Greater Grand Rapids and surrounding areas
-Processing applications
-office administration
Candidates for this position should have basic knowledge of leasing/property management, be able to communicate timely and professionally, and be well organized. Travel required using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
