We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and highly organized Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) to become an integral part of our multidisciplinary healthcare practice. Working closely with our chiropractic providers, the CCPA will play a key role in patient assessments, treatment delivery, clinical documentation, and overall patient care coordination.

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including new patient assessments, re-examinations, and Reports of Findings (ROF) according to established clinic procedures.

Evaluate patient progress, treatment effectiveness, and ongoing clinical needs.

Clearly explain examination findings and treatment recommendations to patients.

Ensure documentation and evaluations support medical necessity and continuity of care.

Provide individualized patient care following provider-directed treatment plans.

Administer a variety of therapeutic procedures, including:

Manual therapy
-
Shockwave therapy
-
Kinesiology taping
-
Therapeutic modalities
-
Corrective exercises and rehabilitation programs

Monitor patient comfort, safety, and response to treatment.

Adjust treatment approaches within scope of practice and under provider supervision.
As needed, assist with additional clinical responsibilities to support efficient patient care, including:

Guiding patients through therapies and rehabilitation exercises.

Recording vital signs and patient updates.

Preparing and maintaining treatment areas.

Assisting with patient flow and provider support.

Helping ensure a positive and efficient clinical experience.

Work closely with providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members.

Communicate patient progress and report significant changes in condition.

Educate patients regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and follow-up care.

Encourage treatment compliance to support optimal outcomes.

Deliver exceptional patient-centered care with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Follow clinic policies related to attendance, appearance, and communication.

Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Current Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) certification required.

Full-time availability required.

Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, sports medicine, orthopedics, physical medicine, or a multidisciplinary healthcare setting preferred.

Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.

Comfortable being cross-trained in Medical Assistant (MA) and other clinical support responsibilities.

Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitative care.

Experience using EMR/EHR systems for clinical documentation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
