Client Relationship Specialist
Description
Contoural is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Relationship Specialist to support and expand relationships with existing enterprise clients. This individual will manage client follow-up, track agreements and opportunities, coordinate proposals, maintain HubSpot CRM records, and work with senior management to identify and close follow-on work. Additionally, this position will work with the services delivery team to identify new opportunities at existing accounts, pull in senior management, and coordinate the sales process.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. The focus is on existing client relationships, agreement and opportunity tracking, proposal coordination, and client engagement, primarily keeping clients up to date on Contoural’s services, content, and follow-on offerings. The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable working remotely, highly responsive to clients and management, professional with clients, and able to manage many details across multiple client relationships at the same time.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the U.S., standard working hours Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning or late day calls with clients in other time zones. We are accepting applications over the next two weeks and are looking for this person to start mid-to-late summer.
Here are some of the things you will work on:
Opportunity Management – Identify and track follow-on opportunities, expansion projects, and policy refresh needs from identification through closure.
Client Relationship Management – Manage regular check-ins, keep clients engaged with new content, track refresh of agreeements, and coordinate follow-up with senior management.
Agreement and Proposal Coordination -- Track MSAs, SOWs, change orders, signatures, questions, and proposal status.
CRM and Reporting – Maintain HubSpot records, client contacts, agreements, pipeline updates, and reporting.
Manage and Close Opportunities – Working with senior management, coordinate and prepare presentations to clients on new opportunities, coordinate the development and socializing proposals, coordinate response to questions, and track completion of agreements.
Opportunity Tracking – Enter, track, and manage reporting of pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
Organize Client Check Ins – Organize regular check in calls with clients and Contoural senior management.
Tradeshows and Marketing -- Attend approximately three tradeshows per year, staffing booth and tracking prospects.
Engage Clients with New Content – Directly engage clients keeping them “warm” by providing information about new Contoural white papers, webinars and other content.
Update and Manage HubSpot – Ensure all agreements, client contacts are within HubSpot. Enter older, legacy agreements and client information into HubSpot.
Learn Services – Learn our market, value proposition and be able to understand all the elements that go into a service.

What success looks like
In the first 90 days, you will have learned Contoural’s sales processes, agreements, services, become comfortable using HubSpot, reviewed key active client relationships, helped organize agreement and opportunity tracking, and introduced yourself and engaged existing clients. Additionally, working with the delivery team you will have identified initial opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients, including follow-on projects, expansion of existing projects and other types of additional services.
Over time, success means accurate CRM and agreement tracking, timely follow-up with clients and internal teams, well-coordinated proposals, improved visibility into existing-client opportunities, and measurable contribution to follow-on revenue.
Where will you work
This is a fully remote position based in the United States. You will need to travel occasionally to conferences and company meetings, for an average of four trips per year. Our corporate headquarters is based in Mount Pleasant, SC, but is primarily a virtual organization.

Some specific skills areas you should have:
· Minimum of working 3 years with large to mid-sized corporations as part of B2B sales and marketing teams.
· Two or more years of experience in professional services or legal
· Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills.
· Proficient knowledge and use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF software programs, as well as Microsoft 365, including Outlook.
· Ability to assemble complex proposals with Word and Excel.
· Organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
· Work successfully remotely.
· Occasional flexibility needed to accommodate time-sensitive tasks.
· Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
· Ability to work at least 40 hours a week during standard working hours Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in B2B professional services, consulting, legal tech, compliance, SaaS customer success, or sales operations, and who is strong at follow-through.
Pay and benefits
The on-target earnings for this position are from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, consisting of a$55,000 to $70,000 base salary and a $10,000 annual target bonus, paid quarterly at $2,500 per quarter based on achievement of agreed performance objectives. Additional upside may be available for overachievement.
