Member Duties : The AmeriCorps VISTA member will develop sustainable financial sustainability systems that strengthen community-based initiatives serving economically disadvantaged individuals and families. The member will research funding opportunities, foundations, corporations, government agencies, and potential donors; develop centralized funding opportunity and donor prospect databases; create annual funding calendars. The member will also develop organizational templates, manuals, training materials, and knowledge management resources, while strengthening partnerships with nonprofit organizations, community stakeholders, and funding partners to improve long-term organizational sustainability and support future AmeriCorps VISTA members, staff, and community partners
