Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive team performance. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff on food handling, food safety protocols, and excellent customer service standards.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth transitions between teams while maintaining high service standards.
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives.
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with hospitality best practices across casual dining, fine dining, or catering environments.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management and staff training & development.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food production planning.
- Previous roles involving restaurant management or assistant manager responsibilities are highly valued.

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
