We are seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing pre-litigation team in Phoenix. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for an attorney who understands the plaintiff-side mindset, can independently manage a caseload, and genuinely cares about helping injury victims navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Within your first few months, you'll:
- Manage an active personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
- Develop case strategy to maximize client recovery
- Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters
- Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment progress
- Build strong relationships with clients and keep them informed throughout the process
- Work closely with case managers and support staff to move cases efficiently
- Identify cases that should be escalated into litigation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Arizona Bar license OR ability to become licensed in Arizona immediately
- Minimum 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Experience managing personal injury cases
- Experience negotiating settlements with insurance companies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and case management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years plaintiff personal injury experience
- High-volume caseload experience
- Spanish speaking
- Experience supervising or mentoring case managers or support staff
- Litigation experience

Pay: $125,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
