Experienced Residential Service Plumber – $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
ACS Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced plumber to join our team.
We are a growing residential HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing company serving the Tampa Bay area. Our plumbing division continues to expand, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated plumber who wants steady work, strong earning potential, and an opportunity to grow with a company that is investing heavily in its plumbing department.
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Qualified candidates are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments during your first 3 months of employment.
This bonus is designed for experienced plumbers who are confident in their skills and are looking for a long-term opportunity—not a short-term position.
GAS PLUMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This position requires experience running gas lines.
We install a significant number of whole-home generators, so you will regularly be responsible for gas piping and related plumbing work associated with generator installations.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced residential plumber who is comfortable handling a wide range of service, repair, and installation work, including:
- Gas line installation and repair
- Generator gas piping
- Faucet and shower cartridge replacement
- Soldering copper piping
- Drain cleaning and cabling
- Sewer camera inspections
- Using underground and sewer line locators
- Whole-home repipes
- Hydrojetting
- Water heater repairs and replacements
- Fixture repairs and replacements
- Leak diagnosis and repair
- General residential plumbing service and repair
You should have your own basic hand tools and be comfortable working independently in customers’ homes.

Schedule & On-Call
This is a full-time position and includes participation in our emergency on-call rotation.
Our goal is to maintain emergency availability for our customers while still protecting our technicians’ work-life balance.
- When working late on-call shifts, technicians may receive a later start time the following day.
- When scheduled to work weekends, technicians will receive weekdays off to compensate for the weekend schedule.
- After-hours and weekend availability is required when you are scheduled in the rotation.
