PS Executive Group is hiring a full-time Entry Level Customer Associate to join our growing team in Norfolk, VA. In this customer-facing role, you'll meet directly with customers, introduce Verizon products and services, answer questions, and help customers choose solutions that fit their communication and connectivity needs.

What You'll Be Doing as an Entry Level Customer Associate
- Meet directly with customers throughout the assigned Virginia Beach territories as an Entry Level Customer Associate
- Introduce Verizon wireless services, Verizon 5G Home Internet, devices, promotions, and account options as an Entry Level Customer Associate
- Help customers compare plans, services, and connectivity solutions based on their needs
- Assist with enrollments, activations, account setup, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer questions regarding pricing, devices, promotions, and service features
- Build positive customer relationships through professionalism and communication
- Maintain accurate customer information and daily activity records as an Entry Level Customer Associate
- Contribute to customer acquisition, customer engagement, and sales performance goals
