Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Electrical Trades Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this energetic role, you will drive the recruitment process for skilled electrical trades professionals, ensuring we attract top talent across diverse channels. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, technical sourcing, and relationship management will be essential in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for electrical trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR systems, Linkedin, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Engage in external recruiting activities such as campus recruitment, cold calling, lead generation, and networking events to expand candidate pools.
- Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements including employment & labor law, employment law in talent management, and HR legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize negotiation skills to extend offers and facilitate employment contracts that align with company policies and candidate expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within technical or trades industries, preferably with high volume recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of technical recruiting for electrical trades roles and familiarity with industry-specific certifications and standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
- Deep understanding of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, employee relations, contracts, employee evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while building strong relationships across teams.
- Experience with cold calling, research techniques for candidate sourcing, and leveraging social media marketing (recruitment) to generate leads.
