What You’ll Do
Prep and cook awesome food that keeps our guests coming back for more.
Keep our kitchen clean, organized, and humming along.
Follow food safety standards — we do everything the pono way.
Work with the team to make sure every dish is top-notch and on time.
Help maintain inventory levels, minimize waste, and care for our equipment.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience cooking in a busy, professional kitchen.
Great knife skills and solid knowledge of basic sauces and prep.
Team player with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Dependable, adaptable, and committed to working safely.
A positive attitude that supports ohana, teamwork, and a passion for doing things right.
