Innovate Graphics is looking for an experienced Digital Press Operator to join our fast-paced print production team. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and care about quality, we’d like to meet you — but please do not apply unless you have prior digital press experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain digital presses Toner or HP Indigo
- Review job tickets and ensure jobs are produced accurately and on time
- Perform color management, calibration, and quality checks
- Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
- Handle finishing tasks as needed (cutting, folding, binding, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized production area
Requirements
- Digital press operating experience is required — no exceptions
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic computer and file handling skills (PDFs, RIP software, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
