ESSENTIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate field issue appointments

Gather required information from sales and Engineering on best way to fix field issue

Schedule with the provided contact
-
Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation

Perform field support requirements:
-
Photographing the RTU in question
-
Capturing all required dimensions
-
Note any obstructions, special features, etc.
-
Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER.

Document measure and field issues details
-
Create a drawing using the captured dimensions
-
Upload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job tracked
-
Inform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.

Phone and computer work to coordinate and document measures and field work.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to load, unload and handle a 65 lb. extension ladder
-
Must be able to carry a 30 lb. tool bag
-
Must be able to work in conditions from 0 F to 100 F
-
Must be able to talk with customers and coordinate what is needed to fix the issue.

Demonstrated application of CDI core values.
