Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals in customers home at a high closing percentage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate exceptional skills in negotiation, customer service, and closing in the home and on the spot. Candidates need to have reliable transportation to apply. This is a commission only position, with unlimited earning potential.
Duties
- Complete property inspections to be able to provide solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Job Nimbus, to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Training on the sales process to get better at closing sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Closing deals on site and getting all the money collected in 1 appointment.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Complete property inspections to create urgency for the sale.
- Knowledge of retail sales practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
