- Maintain strict compliance with medical terminology standards and pharmacy regulations during all compounding activities.
- Support patient care by preparing IV infusions and other sterile medications for critical care, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to manage medication inventory, monitor expiration dates, and ensure availability of necessary supplies for compounding.
- Follow all safety protocols related to aseptic technique, infection control, and handling hazardous materials within the pharmacy setting.
- Document all compounding activities thoroughly, including batch records, quality checks, and incident reports as required by regulatory agencies.
