Your Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Safely operating and maintaining the assigned company truck.
- Transporting freight safely, legally, and on schedule.
- Managing your driving schedule and route selections within company requirements.
- Completing required inspections, logs, paperwork, and electronic documentation.
- Communicating professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
- Following all FMCSA, DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and providing dependable customer service.
- Taking responsibility for the equipment and freight entrusted to you.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Previous professional commercial truck-driving experience.
- Safe driving history and ability to meet applicable company insurance requirements.
- Ability to comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage time, routes, appointments, and daily driving responsibilities.

Compensation
Percentage of Gross Revenue
Your earnings are based on an agreed percentage of the gross revenue generated by your assigned freight. Specific compensation terms, deductions, and settlement details will be provided during the onboarding process.
