Your enthusiasm and expertise will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the competitive wireless market.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients whether they are returning to do bill pay or activate new lines or off site event activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering suitable wireless solutions.
- Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and promotional assets are lines up with plano grams and merchandising resets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and introduce some of the newest promotions tailored to exceed customer requirements and expectations such as $27 home internet or $1 down payment plans.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and upsell additional services products or devices to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with corporate as well as store team to do grass roots marketing to execute local events that boost lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain whiteboard and attend morning rally calls to give recognition of customer interactions, sales activities, and account details for the previous day and give goals for the current sales day for individual stores.
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective client communication across diverse markets.
- Express interest and excitement about or previous experience within the wireless or technology industry.
- Strong proficiency in speaking to others over the phone or in person with the type of outgoing personality that keeps them coming back for more.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close sales confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success in team work and working together and achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail store environment.
- Knowledge of wireless products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering personalized service.
