This is a full-time, in-person role focused on helping businesses find the right AT&T solutions while building valuable sales experience.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Assistant:
- Assist the sales team in presenting AT&T products and services to businesses
- Work directly with businesses to identify needs and recommend AT&T solutions
- Support daily sales activities, client interactions, and account setup for businesses
- Help maintain relationships with businesses through consistent sales support
- Learn and apply effective sales strategies tailored to businesses and AT&T offerings
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Assistant:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
- Strong interest in sales, working with businesses, and representing AT&T
- Great communication skills and confidence interacting with businesses
- Motivated to grow within a sales environment focused on AT&T
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn sales processes for businesses

AT&T Assistant Overview:
This position is a full time employment position. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.
- Pay: This is a commission based job. On average a minimum of 1-2 orders is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We partner with AT&T to connect businesses with their wireless solutions, helping new customers discover and enroll in AT&T services.
- Average Pay: An average of $4,000-$4,500 monthly gets paid to each AT&T Assistant based on full performance
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
