American Traveler is hiring a RN - Med/Surg for a night shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience, heparin experience, and an Iowa or compact RN license.

Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
-
Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
-
Required to work every other weekend
-
No on-call requirements
-
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Uses Cerner EMR
-
Active Iowa or compact RN license
-
Current BLS certification
-
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience required

Heparin administration experience required
-
Mandatory reporter certification required
-
One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years of employment

Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team providing patient care

Holiday coverage required, including 2 of the following 3 holidays: Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving
