- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light-duty diesel pickup trucks on Ford, Dodge, and GM platforms.
- Take ownership of technical work while leading by example in workmanship, shop organization, and professionalism.
- Support and guide other technicians to help maintain repair quality, efficiency, and workflow.
- Maintain high standards and consistent repair processes throughout daily operations.
- Communicate clearly with management regarding job status, workflow concerns, and shop needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing diesel pickup trucks.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills on Ford Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of repairs, and complete jobs without step-by-step guidance.
- Positive, team-first attitude with professionalism in the shop environment.
- Reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented approach to work.
- Pride in workmanship and a mindset that views challenges as opportunities to grow.
- Prior lead or supervisory experience in a diesel shop.
- Experience with shop organization, workflow leadership, or mentoring other technicians.

Compensation:
- $40.00 – $55.00 per hour flat rate, based on experience, skill level, and leadership experience.
