Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Reports To: General Manager & Corporate Director of F&B
Work Location: Ashworth by the Sea, 295 Ocean Blvd, Hampton, NH
This is a full-time salaried position for Food and Beverage Manager at Ashworth by the Sea. The F&B Manager is a Department Head who oversees 3 restaurants and the banquets operation. Food and Beverage management experience is required. This 108-room hotel is owned and managed by Linchris Hotel Corporation.
Job duties include:
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of F&B team members
- Successfully executing events such as weddings and corporate meetings
- Purchasing beer, wine, liquor and Front of House inventory
- Hotel MOD responsibilities
- Ensuring excellent guest service in all F&B outlets
- Enforcing Linchris Standards of Service and SOPs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
