Job Title: Part-Time Handyman

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a home remodeling and fixture installations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general home remodeling and fixture installations (e.g., grab bars, toilets, railings, fixtures, basic carpentry, minor plumbing, etc.)
- Conduct safety modifications to improve accessibility and prevent falls
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents and families feel comfortable and informed
- Follow company and project best practices to ensure consistent quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic repairs, tools, and safety practices
- Must have own set of tools and a reliable working truck
- Must have General Liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a Level 2 background check prior to employment
- Professional, courteous, and trustworthy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors or in healthcare-related environments a plus
- Knowledge of ADA and accessibility modifications
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time, flexible hours
