Schedule: Weekend Shift | 6:00am -6:30pm | Friday- Sunday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a thermal systems and solutions manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality heating, cooling, and electrification products while working in a clean, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:-
Assemble and package products with precision and care

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized workspace following lean manufacturing principles

Follow written instructions and production documentation accurately

Collaborate with team members to keep production running efficiently

Rotate between workstations to build skills and support production needs
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:-
High school diploma or GED

Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately
-
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

Strong attention to detail and quality
-
Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
