About Luma Lighting
Luma Lighting is a fast-growing permanent exterior lighting company specializing in premium residential and commercial lighting systems. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who can close deals, lead a sales team, and help us scale.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting with homeowners and business owners, building trust, and closing business.
What You’ll Do
- Run pre-qualified, pre-set appointments with residential and commercial customers.
- Meet face-to-face with homeowners and business owners to provide consultations and design recommendations.
- Present proposals, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Execute contracts and collect deposits.
- Follow up with prospects when necessary to maximize close rates.
- Coach, motivate, and communicate with our canvassing and appointment-setting team.
- Help improve sales processes and provide feedback from the field.
- Represent the Luma Lighting brand with professionalism and integrity.

- Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
- Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the sale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt during conversations.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Professional appearance.
- Reliable, clean, professional-looking vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable using tablets, CRMs, and digital contracts.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary, if applicable, plus uncapped commissions.

Pay: $124,855.00 - $168,750.00 per year
