Front Office Manager (FOM)
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, hotel operations experience, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk department.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Front Desk Agents while leading by example.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in developing and monitoring departmental budgets while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage daily staffing levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the General Manager and Front Desk team.
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide guests with accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Front Office Manager or Front Desk Supervisor experience in a hotel environment preferred.
- Experience with Opera PMS is required/preferred (depending on your requirement).
- IHG brand experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as business demands require.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
