[ What We’re Looking For ]
- Experience: 1+ year of specialty coffee/barista experience preferred.
- Customer Service: 1+ year of experience in food service or retail (Required).
- Availability: Must have weekend availability.
- What we're looking for: Positive energy, being reliable and showing up on time, and a detail-oriented mindset to follow our daily processes and recipes, great communication with the team and regulars
- Credentials: Valid Food Handler Card.
[ Key Responsibilities ]
- Make and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and a variety of specialty drinks to our standards.
- Provide a friendly, engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
- Handle transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful shop environment.
- Follow opening/closing checklists with attention to detail to ensure the shop is always guest-ready.
