Duties
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service and presentation standards are met
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas
- Support heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices to move ingredients, supplies, and equipment efficiently
- Perform manual handling tasks such as bussing tables, clearing dishes, and organizing kitchen stations
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions when required
- Maintain high standards of guest service by assisting with serving food and beverages in a courteous manner
- Support banquet events by preparing and serving large quantities of food while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently follow safe lifting practices
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
- Experience with culinary tasks such as cooking, food preparation, and plating is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial but not mandatory
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional guest services

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
