Lux Beauty Med Spa is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and polished Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing luxury medical spa.
This is not just a front desk job. We are looking for someone who can create an incredible first impression, build relationships with clients, convert leads into appointments, and help drive revenue through excellent customer care and sales.
About the Role
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the face of Lux Beauty. You will:
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, texts, and social media messages
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Educate clients about treatments, memberships, and promotions
- Upsell products, packages, and memberships
- Assist with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content
- Follow up with leads and previous clients
- Support marketing events and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury front office environment
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven sales ability and confidence closing high-ticket services
- Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, honest, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or medical office
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software
- Knowledge of Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skincare
- Experience with lead follow-up and reactivation
