We are looking for a dependable, detail-driven Night Auditor to be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our hotel running smoothly overnight.
The Role
As our Night Auditor, you are the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight hours. You will balance the day's financial activity, keep our front desk running seamlessly, and deliver warm, attentive service when guests need it most. Your accuracy and calm presence help set the hotel up for a strong start each morning.
What You Will Do
- Complete the nightly audit, balancing and reconciling the day's financial transactions and reporting for accuracy.
- Run front desk operations overnight, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Deliver genuine, attentive service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports covering occupancy, revenue, and other key operating metrics.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift.
- Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to keep the property safe and seamless overnight.
- Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures to protect guests, associates, and the hotel.
What You Bring
- Prior front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience is preferred; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong guest service skills and a genuine focus on making people feel cared for.
- Comfort with numbers and a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
- Clear, professional communication, both in person and in writing.
- The ability to work independently and stay reliable through overnight hours.
- Familiarity with hotel property management or reservation systems is a plus.
Schedule and Availability
This is a full-time overnight position. Weekend availability is required, as our guests count on consistent overnight coverage every day of the week.
