The STEAM Club is seeking a dependable Lead After School Instructor to help oversee our afternoon enrichment programs while teaching exciting STEAM classes throughout Cobb, Cherokee, and Fulton Counties.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent part-time schedule with additional leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Teach engaging after-school STEAM classes.
- Arrive before classes to organize and prepare materials.
- Travel between assigned schools as needed.
- Assist with inventory and classroom setup.
- Mentor and support assistant instructors when needed.
- Communicate with the Program Director regarding attendance, classroom needs, and scheduling.
- Ensure programs run smoothly and professionally each day.

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Available Monday-Friday from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable leading groups of elementary-aged children
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Pass a background check
