Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled RV Technician to join our busy repair shop. As an RV Technician, you will assist our customers by diagnosing and repairing issues with their RV's.
As an RV Technician, you must have an in-depth understanding of all RV systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment and maintaining a welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate is able to explain RV issues clearly and concisely and provide valuable advice.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RVs coming into the shop
- ACs diagnosing and repair and replacements
- Roof inspections, repairs, and replacements
- Awning installation
- Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
- RV maintenance - oil changes, bearing repacks
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Associate degree or completion of an RV service technician training program is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required
Pay
- Pay is based on experience. The more experience the higher the pay.
