We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and a variety of coffee, energy drinks & smoothies with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and workstations.
- Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain health standards.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, fostering repeat business.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service and coffee shop preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others create an enjoyable experience for both customers and team members.
