Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cook (Grill/Line) to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of food preparation and grill. We are located just one block from the Metro North Train Station in Cold Spring, NY
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill and line according to established recipes and standards, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations safely and efficiently.
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with chef and sous chef on portion control, and ensure consistent presentation across all dishes.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
