Picking & Packing Associate

Savenor’s Wholesale is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Picking & Packing Associate to support our daily wholesale meat operations. This position plays an important role in accurately selecting, packing, labeling, and staging customer orders to ensure our products leave the facility complete, organized, and ready for delivery.
The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working in a refrigerated food production environment, and able to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
Responsibilities
The Picking & Packing Associate will be responsible for accurately picking items for wholesale customer orders, packing products according to order specifications, verifying labels and quantities, and staging completed orders for delivery. This role will work closely with managers, production, inventory, and fulfillment teams to ensure customer orders are completed correctly and on time.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards, communicating product shortages or order issues to management, rotating product properly, handling meat products safely, and supporting general warehouse and fulfillment needs as directed.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food production, meat processing, warehouse operations, picking and packing, or fulfillment is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work in refrigerated environments, follow instructions, and maintain strong attention to detail.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
Schedule
Full-time schedule. Early morning availability required. Rotating Saturday availability may be required based on business needs.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
