Fixed - 40h - week.
We are seeking a skilled Drywall Framing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction and a strong understanding of various techniques related to drywall framing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively on construction sites, ensuring high-quality results while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Construct and install drywall framing systems according to blueprints and schematics.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door hanging, and trim carpentry.
- Execute plastering, caulking, and metal stud framing as needed.
- Collaborate with other trades on-site, including plumbing and electrical teams.
- Conduct restoration work related to water damage and mold remediation.
- Install fixtures and perform flooring installation as part of remodeling projects.
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for finishing touches.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on drywall framing.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Familiarity with various construction methods including masonry, tile laying, and stucco application.
- Experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks related to construction plumbing and water damage restoration.
- A background in maintenance person services is a plus, showcasing versatility in skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
