Lucky Ladd’s is hiring a seasonal Parking Team Lead to ensure smooth and safe parking operations during our busy fall season! Lead a small team, create welcoming first impressions, and help guests start their visits on the right note. This role is perfect for organized, proactive leaders who thrive in dynamic environments.

YOUR ROLE ON OUR TEAM:
- Direct traffic flow efficiently, guiding guests to parking spots safely and courteously.
- Lead 4–7 team members to maintain orderly parking and resolve issues during peak times.
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for visitors, offering friendly assistance.
- Monitor parking areas to prioritize guest safety and ensure compliance with policies.
- Stay calm under pressure, adapting quickly to high-traffic situations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of Shuttle Service to off-site parking.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Leadership: Experience supervising teams or managing group dynamics.
- Guest Service Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests.
- Situational Awareness: Sharp judgment to anticipate and address parking challenges.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing/walking outdoors in all types of weather for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, waving).
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to weekend shifts throughout the season.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
- Seasonal Role: Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM.
- Dates: September 19 through November 1.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
