UACCRM | Athletics
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices, drills, and workouts
- Provide individual instruction on hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running
- Help evaluate player performance and contribute to game strategy and lineup decisions
- Offer in-game coaching support (e.g., base coaching, bullpen management, charting pitches)
- Monitor and encourage player skill development and progress
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (required or preferred) in:
- Sports Management
- Physical Education / Kinesiology
- Coaching / Exercise Science
- Or a related field
Additional Information:
Commensurate with education and experience.
