ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an independent contractor with Xon Cleaning Services, you'll receive cleaning assignments based on your availability. You choose which jobs to accept and when you want to work. We handle the client booking, scheduling, and payment processing - you focus on delivering quality cleaning services.

JOB TYPES AVAILABLE:
- Standard residential cleaning (homes, apartments)
- Deep cleaning
- Move-out/move-in cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Commercial cleaning (as available)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional cleaning experience (hotels, homes, offices, etc.)
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and ID
- Able to pass background check
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (text/email)
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Available to work flexible hours (most jobs are daytime, 9am-5pm)
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS:
When working jobs for Xon Cleaning Services:
- Black shirt (any style)
- Black closed-toe shoes
- Neutral-colored pants (black, khaki, gray, navy)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete assigned cleaning jobs to company quality standards
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with management
- Take before and after photos of completed work
- Report any property issues or concerns immediately
- Maintain all client confidentiality
- Secure properties upon completion (lock doors, windows)
- Respond to job assignments within 4 hours
PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
- Per-job payment based on property size and scope
- $68-$150+ per job
- Payment processed within 24-48 hours after job completion and photo submission
- You choose your preferred payment method during onboarding
