We are a growing supplier of kitchen and bath products serving builders, contractors, developers, and property managers. Our team provides high-quality products, design support, and professional installation services. We are seeking a motivated Account Manager / Business Development Representative to manage existing relationships while expanding our client base.
Position Overview
This role combines relationship management, sales development, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will maintain existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing contractors, builders, and developer accounts
- Serve as the primary contact for customers through purchase order lifecycle
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly
Business Development
- Identify and develop new accounts with in assigned sector
- Build relationships to generate new project opportunities
- Actively pursue new business through networking, outreach, and industry connections
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, kitchen and bath product sales, or building materials
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Experience preparing bids or proposals for construction projects
- Ability to read or understand architectural plans (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
- Kitchen and bath product industry experience
- Working with builders, contractors, or developers
