Compensation: Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) and overtime opportunities are available at FPCA’s After Hours Clinic (eligible after 6 months of employment based on performance)
Schedule: Full Time (Monday: 7:45 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday: 7:45 AM -5 PM, Wednesday: Off, Thursday: 7:45 AM - 7 PM, Friday, 7:45 AM - 5 PM)

Medical Assistant Job duties include:

Taking patient vital signs to be reported to your supervising provider

Using Athena EMR to track patient complains and histories to ensure optimal long-term care

Performing diagnostic tests
-
Administer immunizations to ensure optimal preventative care
-
Following up with patients and their requests via phone
-
Triaging patients experiencing medical emergencies
-
Discussing medications and their effects with patients under provider supervision
-
Other duties as assigned

Must possess strong clinical as well as customer service skills

Strong technology aptitude
-
Prior experience in the field is required
