About the Role:
As a Caregiver at Renaissance, youll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.
What Youll Do:

Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting

Serve meals and help with feeding as needed

Support residents medication routines and monitor their well-being

Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space

Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities

Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care
Requirements (Must-Haves):

Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check

Certified in First Aid, CPR
-
Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (Nice-To-Have):
-
CNA certification or cooking experience for groups

Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience

Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
